We are looking for a visionary leader with an expansive professional network (especially on LinkedIn business sectors progressive organizations unions universities and advocacy groups) who can secure partnerships mobilize grassroots efforts and drive funding success.

Your Role & Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Partnership Growth

Build and leverage your network to establish partnerships with progressive businesses unions nonprofits advocacy organizations and universities.

Establish business revenuesharing agreements that help companies transition to workerfriendly economic models with universal benefits.

Negotiate corporate partnerships and collaborative projects that align with Govunis mission.

2. Fundraising Grants & Revenue Expansion

Secure funding through grants sponsorships investor backing and political donations.

Oversee campaign fundraising grassroots donor engagement and corporate sponsorships for Govunis growth.

Drive revenue through merchandise sales progressive business collaborations and AIpowered fundraising platforms.

3. Grassroots Mobilization & Union Organizing

Recruit and mobilize volunteers supporters and activists to expand Govunis movement.

Organize union drives strikes and labor negotiations to advocate for higher wages better benefits and corporate accountability.

Develop strategies to convert striking workplaces into employeeowned cooperatives.

4. AI & Workforce Innovation

Implement AIdriven workforce solutions to automate outreach HR and recruitment while maintaining a 60 AI 40 human hybrid workforce model.

Oversee onboarding apprenticeship programs and AIenhanced career training for employees and interns.

Ensure Govunis hiring model maximizes employersponsored workforce funding.

5. Political & Social Advocacy

Lead policy advocacy public relations and social media campaigns to amplify Govunis mission.

Support Govuni Independent Progressive Party candidates running for office.

Represent Govuni at progressive conferences labor events and economic reform summits.

6. Community Engagement & Expansion

Create coalitions with nonprofits grassroots organizations and community leaders to support Govunis universal welfare initiatives.

Launch public education campaigns on worker rights economic justice and corporate accountability.

Establish progressive business alliances and impact investment strategies.

7. Strategic Leadership & DecisionMaking

Collaborate with the founding team to develop policies financial strategies and longterm sustainability models.

Oversee Agile & Scrum project management for Govunis workforce programs campaigns and AI implementation.

Mentor employees volunteers and interns shaping Govunis next generation of progressive leaders.
