OVERVIEW:The Sportradar OTT Unit is a leading OTT products & services provider delivering bestofbreed solutions for major sports organisations rights owners media companies and some of the worlds leading clubs in various fields of sports. We serve both endtoend clients and those who want to internalize part of their platform through products and components.
We pioneer new ways for sport fans to interact with technology and take pride in delivering worldclass experiences on emerging technologies.As a Product Manager AV OTT you are responsible for the coordination of customer setups ongoing maintenance and improvement of our digital streaming product within the international OTT and sports market. Working in an agile environment you will act as the daytoday point of contact for our wide portfolio of clients and will be responsible for the whole lifecycle of the project (from discovery phase through to run and maintenance). In this role you will be working alongside a global team of design development and technology teams who are passionate about what they do and how they do it. Planning stakeholder management and being solutions focused are important factors in your role. The ideal candidate is a handson product manager with experience delivering digital products and working with clients designers engineers stakeholders and business owners.THE CHALLENGE:
- Lead the product development process and client projects from discovery to release and ensure the work focuses on driving business value for our clients
- Work closely with multidisciplined teams of product managers architects engineers and quality assurance to drive estimates and delivery project plans
- Gather and write requirements for an agile development process.
- Continuously evaluate and communicate project status and risks
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of the Release
- Ensure deliverables are high quality and clearly documented
- Manage client relationships from the product side
YOUR PROFILE:Required:
- 2 years of working experience in product management and/or similar position (project/product/delivery manager)
- Experience of delivering and launching digital products (for Web Mobile and TV)
- Experience with customer request and writing product specifications for development teams
- Experience contributing to product roadmaps and backlogs
- Technical background with a good understanding of digital platforms backed up by strong business acumen
- Knowledge about Agile process and principles
- Professional level of fluent English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work crossfunctionally with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to take ownership manage risk and be accountable for deliverables
Preferred
- Experience with video streaming services and OTT products
- Technical understanding of the OTT landscape
- SCRUM or PM certification
- Good written and spoken German skills

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
