About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & Power Platform Solution Architect to join our team. You will play a lead role within the ConsultingTech Implementation team leading large complex engagements that involve multiple service lines. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team you will drive the growth of our Powered Customer practise.
Your extensive leadership experience and passion for customer success will be instrumental in delivering real business outcomes. You will foster trusted relationships with both internal and client stakeholders at all levels. By guiding clients through endtoend business and technology transformations you will play a pivotal role in helping them achieve their goals and delivering impactful customer experience solutions.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend delivery from presales engagements to achieving real business outcomes through customer experience technology.
- Manage the commercial outcomes of our engagements with strong business acumen and meaningful relationships.
- Guide clients through their transformation journey addressing risks and issues at various stages of the delivery lifecycle.
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels facilitating workshops and steering committee meetings.
- Develop cuttingedge technology strategies that add value to users and drive lasting change.
- Continuously improve our delivery approach and methodology.
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex multidisciplined programs of work implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Detailed knowledge in Customer Engagement areas including Sales Marketing Customer Service Field Services and Project Service Automation.
- Working knowledge of the Power Platform (Power Apps Automate Power BI).
- Experience in delivering Customer Experience transformation programs aligned to Sales Marketing or Customer Service outcomes.
- Domain knowledge in Government Financial Services Education Energy & Mining is highly desirable.
- 10 years of relevant experience in large consulting organisations or similar environments.
- Accomplished leader with a strong track record of success in complex multidisciplined transformation programs.
Qualifications :
- A University graduate with a relevant degree in computing or business discipline.
