They are currently seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Estimating Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving business success by converting leads into approved estimates and maintaining a high rate of job closures.


About the Job

As an Estimating Manager you will be responsible for managing the entire estimation and job approval process from handling incoming leads to scheduling jobs and coordinating with technicians. This role is essential in ensuring that technicians schedules are consistently filled with approved work optimizing resource allocation and improving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is detailoriented customerfocused and motivated to achieve a high rate of job closures typically within the 5070 range.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management and Conversion:

  • Engage promptly and professionally with incoming leads from phone calls emails and other sources.
  • Understand customer needs and project requirements to create accurate and competitive estimates.

2. Estimate Preparation and Approval:

  • Develop and present detailed job estimates ensuring they meet company standards and customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with customers to review and secure approval for estimates.

3. Scheduling and Job Coordination:

  • Manage technicians schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor job progress and make realtime adjustments to schedules to meet customer timelines.

4. Performance Metrics:

  • Maintain a consistent job closure rate of 5070.
  • Track and report on conversion rates customer feedback and scheduling efficiency.

5. Customer Interaction and Relationship Building:

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimation and approval process.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to build trust and satisfaction.

6. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with technicians and other team members to ensure seamless of approved jobs.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve overall processes and performance.


Requirements

Profile Requirements

  • Language: Fluency in American English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience:
    • Prior experience in sales estimating or construction/project management preferred.
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in estimation tools and software.
    • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
    • Resultsdriven and motivated by achieving goals.


Benefits

Compensation

  • Base Pay: $1000/month
  • Incentive Pay: Performancebased incentives tied to job closures


Work Environment

  • Flexible work environment (remote or officebased depending on business needs).
  • Availability during American Pacific Time business hours to engage with customers and staff.
