Job Description

Your Career

As a Strategic Relationship Representative you will partner closely with internal and external partners to accomplish your sales objectives. Your partnership expertise and understanding of the evolution of cybersecurity sets you apart and you chase value driven impact for our clients. The prospect of solving complex cyber challenges excites you and building recommendations for those challenges for unique sets of customers brings you fulfilment. 

Your Impact

  • Responsible for all maintenance and subscription renewals for assigned accounts
  • Upselling and driving additional business to installed base (including multiyear proposals)
  • Working with sales managers inside sales channel partners and end users to renew contracts before they expire
  • Preparing renewal and upselling quotes
  • Submitting accurate and timely forecasts
  • Following order processing and reviewing installed base (with collaboration with other departments)
  • Promoting process and system improvements and ideal methodologies
  • Staying uptodate on product roadmaps industry changes and competitive landscape

Qualifications :

Your Experience

MUST

  • 3 years of sales experience (Renewal Sales/Inside Sales/Channel Sales)
  • Ability to accurately forecast
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing needs
  • Ability to quickly build productive relationships
  • Proven track record of using Salesforce
  • Management of multiple cases and rapid updates (including creating estimates)

WANT

  • Enterprise sales experience
  • Technical background security and IT industry experience
  • Business level English
