Copperleaf an IFS company is seeking a highly capable Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help drive awareness and generate top of funnel pipeline. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager Americas you will create and execute marketing plans for the Americas region.
This position is open to applicants located in both the US and Canada preferably central to east coast time zone.
In this role you will work closely with business development sales partners and central marketing to deliver campaigns that grow new business and increase our footprint within the existing current customer base. The position includes (but is not limited to) marketing strategy budgeting campaign/project management events and of marketing plans.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B enterprise technology marketing an entrepreneurial spirit and a successful track record in building top of funnel pipeline.
Qualifications
- Develop and execute comprehensive bestinclass marketing plans to drive awareness and top of funnel pipeline growth for Copperleaf in North America.
- Monitor KPIs for lead generation MQLs SQLs and campaign ROI reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns and identifying areas for optimization.
- Create innovative programs to scale efforts.
- Develop marketing roadmaps that connect the dots across channels and deliver a unified and coherent message to target audiences.
- Research and pilot new programs and ideas that will drive future success.
- Demonstrate ability to tie marketing programs to ROI metrics.
- Strong team player who is comfortable working as part of an agile marketing team motivated to work collaboratively across a variety of stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry tools including: Marketo Outreach CRM LinkedIn PowerBI etc.
- Experience leveraging a broad range of marketing tactics such as digital tradeshows business development teams email marketing thirdparty programs etc.
- Accomplished range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and .
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Professional level presentation and written communication skills.
Qualifications :
- Experience in B2B marketing leadership most specifically in business software applications
- Proven success in managing complex and multifaceted measured marketing programs with the ability to drive projects through completion and metrics.
- Recommended 4 years of experience in delivering demand generation campaigns.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills and is a proactive selfstarter. Strong organizational and time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Able to simplify/synthesize complex data from a variety of sources and then communicate solutions in a simple fresh perspective that clearly outlines the roles and deliverables of marketing channels
- Possesses analytical mindset and innate curiosity valuing research insight metrics and datadriven decisionmaking
- Develops positive relationships across all levels of seniority crossfunctionally leveraging communications and project management skills to ensure consistency and alignment between all stakeholders internally and externally.
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills bringing others along inspiring high performance and developing talent.
- Maturity confidence and perspective to manage quick/unexpected transitions or conflicts to successful resolution. Must be able to challenge conventional thinking in a constructive way.
- Must be comfortable in a highperforming fastpaced environment can adapt quickly to support the development of content and decision making in rapidly developing timesensitive situations.
