Job Description
Were on the lookout for a skilled Chef de Partie with a strong a la carte background to join our exceptional kitchen team. In this role youll craft highquality dishes assist in menu development and oversee kitchen operations. Youll also mentor junior staff uphold food safety standards and ensure smooth kitchen performance in a fastpaced highstandard environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare topnotch dishes across various kitchen sections including a la carte buffet larder miseenplace room service and banquets.
- Maintain food safety cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Contribute fresh ideas to develop new menu items that enhance the guest dining experience.
- Lead and mentor junior staff offering training and support to help them grow.
- Apply diverse cooking techniques to deliver consistently exceptional dishes.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within the kitchen team.
Qualifications :
- Trade qualifications and previous experience in the hotel industry preferred.
- Extensive experience in a la carte
- Knowledge of food safety requirements.
- Serviceoriented with an eye for detail.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Flexible and able to embrace and respond effectively to change.
