Job Description
For our client we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with Oracle HCM for a shortterm assignment of 612 months with a target start date ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Oracle HCM solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for the HCM Cloud platform.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices and optimize system performance.
- Oversee the endtoend implementation lifecycle ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Support business process transformation and HR digitalization initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of HCM modules (Core HR Talent Management Payroll Benefits etc..
- Experience in designing and implementing HCM system integrations.
- Knowledge of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- English level: UpperIntermediate (B2 or higher.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global teams.
- EUbased candidates only (except Ukraine).
