Job Description
We are hiring CDLA drivers for a dedicated account. This position offers consistent work predictable home time and premium benefits. Earn up to $113500 per year
100% Touch Freight HandsOn & Consistent Work
Drivers will be responsible for loading boxes (135 lbs) onto a conveyor belt. This is a physically active job that provides steady yearround work with dedicated routes.
Pay & Job Details:
- Average Weekly Earnings: $2150 (performancebased)
- Annual Earnings: Up to $113500 (performancebased)
- Daily Flat Rate: $215
- Unload Pay: $300 per trailer
- Average Weekly Miles:
- Trailers per Week: 34 (53 dry van)
- Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
- Weekly Paychecks
- Home Time: 5 day work schedule with a 34/48 hour reset weekly
- Lanes: Norther IN Indianapolis IN Southern MI and some OH
- NO NYC and 5 boroughs
- Truck Parking: Drivers can go home with the truck

Hiring Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL in the state of residence
- Age: 21 years or older
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable CDLA experience (past 3 years)
- Hiring Area: Northern IN Souther MI and N. Ohio Cleveland OH Central IN
Driving & Safety Requirements:
- No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years
- No DWI/DUI convictions in the past 3 years
- No truck abandonments at unauthorized locations in the past 3 years
- No serious traffic violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 preventable collisions in the past 3 years
- Must pass PSP screening
