Job Description
We currently have a vacancy for an Application/Cloud architect (Java Angular) fluent in English to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Brussels Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the companys premises or on site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment the successful candidate will be integrated in the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major clients IT team on site.
Your tasks
- Architecture and design of information systems;
- Design implementation and maintenance of the database layer of multitiers applications;
- Design implementation and maintenance of the frontend layer of web applications as well as design implementation and maintenance of the backend layer of web applications;
- Design and development of component architecture and building blocks;
- Review of systems architecture and analysis of the integration;
- Implementation of the technical architecture;
- Database configuration and optimisation;
- Definition and integration of database components.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT or relevant discipline combined with 13 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- Experience in web technologies application design and programming languages;
- Experience with AGILE methodologies principles and practices;
- Indepth knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture and microservices;
- Knowledge of interoperability technologies (e.g. REST/SOAP web services message oriented middleware service oriented bus);
- Good knowledge of JAVA Programming Language (11/17/21);
- Good knowledge of Hibernate framework and JPA;
- Good knowledge of Spring Boot (REST APIs Security);
- Good knowledge of Oracle DBMS (SQL PL/SQL Query Optimization Indexing and Oracle text);
- Good knowledge of Angular (15 or higher);
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS;
- Good knowledge of Gitlab and/or Atlassian suite (Bitbucket Bamboo) and Maven;
- Familiarity with SonarQube Kubernetes and CaaS is a plus;
- Excellent command of the English language.
