Engineering Manager AI Platform
Location: South San Francisco (Hybrid)
Salary: $180000 $220000 Meaningful Equity

What Will You Need
Required Experience:
- 8 years in fullstack software development including backend experience.
- 3 years of engineering management leading highly technical teams.
- Strong software design and architecture skills Experience in largescale systems API development pubsub frameworks database schema design and data migrations.
- Expertise in TypeScript Java and Python with a disciplined approach to testing and quality.
- Handson experience with cloud computing and data processing technologies to build scalable efficient solutions.
- Project management expertise Familiarity with agile methodologies Jira and endtoend project delivery.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills enabling effective teamwork across engineering product and design teams.
- Ability to thrive in fastpaced environments with a proactive problemsolving mindset and willingness to dive deep to drive results.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (Advanced degree preferred).
Bonus Experience (Nice to Have):
- Experience with frontend frameworks React preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI models (e.g. GPT4 Gemini) for product development.
- Working knowledge of AI service APIs Texttospeech speechtotext translation transcription.
