Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner will be a key player in shaping the firms talent acquisition strategy for the architecture sector amid a period of growth and international expansion. They will lead recruitment efforts locally and globally support team training and strengthen the employer brand to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.
This role also offers the opportunity to travel connecting with potential candidates and representing the firm at international recruitment events. As part of Lemays broader global strategy this position contributes to the success of largescale international projects.
What you will accomplish with us:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (Local & International)
- Manage the full recruitment process for positions in architecture urban planning interior design and related fields.
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter specialized job boards partnerships with architecture schools and professional associations networking events internal referrals etc..
- Identify and recruit international talent to support the companys expansion into new markets.
- Work closely with Business Partners leadership and project managers to anticipate hiring needs.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
2. Training and Skills Development
- Design and lead training sessions for managers and the Talent & Culture team on best recruitment practices.
- Develop tools to assess the technical and creative skills of team members as well as structured evaluation frameworks for interview assessments.
- Support the integration of new hires and help them develop their skills.
3. Employer Marketing and Global Attraction
- Implement a strong employer branding strategy to position the company as a top employer in the architecture sector.
- Create and share compelling content (testimonials flagship projects success stories) across social media and recruitment platforms.
- Collaborate with the Communications and Talent & Culture teams to enhance the companys global visibility.
- Represent the company at job fairs conferences and industry events related to architecture and design.
Qualifications :
What youll need
- Proven experience in recruitment ideally in the fields of architecture design or engineering;
- Strong understanding of international recruitment challenges and the ability to navigate a multicultural environment;
- Experience in training and skills development;
- Good knowledge of employer marketing strategies and digital tools (ATS social media branding);
- Bilingual in French and English (proficiency in another language is a plus);
- Excellent communication negotiation and project management skills.
