Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Payment Solutions Manager (Digital) to join our team in Warsaw. Whats it all about

As a Senior Payment Solutions Manager (Digital) you will be primarily responsible for bringing new digital payment products and solutions support such as Click to Pay Visa Mobile and tokenization to market. You will ensure our leadership position in the digital payments space and tailor compelling digital payment propositions to client needs. Your role will involve providing technical support for value proposition preparations and focusing on the ecommerce segment.

This role requires a proactive approach strong sales consultative client engagement and relationshipbuilding skills. You will understand client strategies priorities and needs to deliver complex and strategic digital solutions. Combining your product and project management experience with awareness of trends in digital payment preferences and technology usage will be key to developing digital payment experiences and solutions that increase customer engagement.

 

What we expect of you day to day.

  • Own selected digital payment products and solutions such as Click to Pay Visa Mobile and tokenization tailoring them to client needs and leading the sales process.
  • Identify opportunities for value creation and sales of digital payment products based on an understanding of client challenges and goals.
  • Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute account strategies and plans to increase revenue and market share in the digital payments and ecommerce space.
  • Understand the digital payments market environment and provide inputs into country operational planning and account plans.
  • Track competition activity and ensure that deployed digital payment solutions meet consumer and merchant needs.
  • Identify strategic opportunities through a strong understanding of various customer segment business needs specifically in the ecommerce segment.
  • Provide technical support for value proposition preparations and collaborate closely with colleagues from other functional areas.
  • Foster productive relationships with clients and internal teams in the digital payments domain.
  • Contribute to win strategies for RFPs and build awareness of innovative digital payment solutions among clients.
  • Tailor digital payment products and solutions such as Click to Pay Visa Mobile and tokenization to client needs and lead the sales process.
  • Develop and execute account strategies with Account Executives for the digital payments and ecommerce segments.
  • Provide market insights and inputs into operational planning specific to digital payments.
  • Track and respond to competition activity in the digital payments space.
  • Identify and leverage strategic opportunities for digital payment solutions in the ecommerce segment.
  • Provide technical support for value proposition preparations.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications :

What were after...

  • At least 8 years of experience in the digital payments and ecommerce industry.
  • Bachelors degree required Masters degree preferred.
  • Midlevel experience in digital product management within the payments industry.
  • Proven experience in digital product development sales support project management and technical support.
  • Strong understanding of digital payment products including Click to Pay Visa Mobile and tokenization.
  • High analytical and problemsolving skills with a bias towards databased decision making.
  • Strong team orientation collaboration and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates energy and a positive response when tackling challenging problems.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage complex digital projects with many stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills both written and verbal.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Polish.
