Job Description

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a skilled and experienced SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB) Consultant for a critical project. This role requires a proficient consultant with strong expertise in SAP BIB configuration SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central and SAP HCM Integration. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing data integrations collaborating with both technical and functional teams to ensure seamless data flow between systems. This role also involves creating mapping sheets developing logics and providing ongoing status updates to the business.
What you will do:
- Configure and manage SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder).
- Work with the SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central and SAP HCM Integration for data migration and replication.
- Create and manage mapping sheets logic development and integration frameworks in collaboration with the functional team.
- Provide regular status updates to the business ensuring all BIBrelated work is on track and issues are promptly addressed.
- Take ownership of the entitys endtoend technical delivery related to BIB.
- Collaborate with the technical team and HCM functional team to ensure effective endtoend delivery.
- Provide functional EC understanding to support the local team and guide the configuration of prerequisites.
- Ensure seamless data replication between SF to HCM and migration from HCM to SF using a bidirectional interface.
Qualifications :
- Expertise in SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder) configuration.
- Experience with SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central and SAP HCM Integration.
- Familiarity with BIB mappings and their configuration.
- Strong understanding of data replication and migration between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities particularly in data analytics.
- Ability to take ownership and lead the technical delivery of BIB processes from start to finish.
- Experience with Restful API programming (Nice to have).
- Proven experience with bidirectional interfaces for data replication and migration.
- Excellent communication skills
