Job Description
Daily opening and locking of all doors including but not limited to; marina area pavilion storage and gates.
Litter pickup daily.
Clean/maintain dog stations and dog park(s).
Maintain clean sites upon check out prepare sites for check in escort new arrivals.
Water trees spray/pull weeds blow debris raking gravel.
Maintain all outdoor and indoor amenities.
Maintain appliances.
Maintain and clean outdoor trash cans.
Maintain/clean pavilion outdoor tables fire pits and umbrellas.
Organize/maintain and clean all grounds and maintenance tools and equipment.
Weather preparations for all buildings RV sites cabins etc.
Repairs as needed.
Complete daily weekly and monthly checklists and turn into property manager.
Repairs as needed.
Handy man skills necessary.
Attend monthly staff meeting.
Reports to the Property manager.
40 hours per week some weekends required.
