Summary of Job Description:
Brand Manager for Dermatology Marketing team.
Major Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of the crossfunctional Brand Team
- Participate Brand Plan development process and present to various stakeholders both in English and Japanese
- Closely work with global/area teams to ensure alignment with global strategy input ideas/facts/situations in Japan to global/area and maximize the opportunity in Japan
- Collaboratively and closely work with other functions (medical sales business intelligence infield excellence training public affairs etc. within the Company to enhance the Brand Team performance and excellent of the strategy
- Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs relevant organizations and other external key stakeholders to obtain key insights and drive the of the brand plan
- Reinforce patient support programs as part of the brand plan to ensure appropriate usage of the product
- Identify new opportunities and ways to better meet customers needs
- Plan and appropriately manage marketing expenses
Qualifications :
Essential Skills & Abilities:
- 3 years of experience in marketing (sales experience and/or healthcare industry experiences are preferred)
- Effective communication (in Japanese and English): clear concise and persuasive
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills multitasking skills
- Analytical ability and an innovative mindset
- Ability to work in matrix / crossfunctional environment which includes influence to the people on no direct report line.
- Advanced written and spoken English
- Autonomy independence and assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essential
