Gas Engineer
Headquarters based in Paddock Wood covering London and surrounding area

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gas Engineer to join our clients dynamic team based in Paddock Wood but will be covering and working in the southeast of England. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in both independent and team settings bringing a minimum of three years experience in a similar role.
My client is a highly respected company in the building maintenance sector known for its exceptional commercial and domestic services. This organisation excels in managing a variety of maintenance tasks from emergency responses to longterm contracts. They stand out for offering 24/7 support to their clients ensuring that professional assistance is always available when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance: Undertake regular maintenance of gas systems and appliances ensuring they meet safety standards and function efficiently.
Installations: Lead and execute the installation of commercial gas systems ensuring compliance with regulations and client specifications.
Pipework: Skilfully manage pipework projects including fabrication assembly and repair maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and safety.
Assistance in Installation and Maintenance: Support Refrigeration engineers plumbers and electricians in installing and maintaining systems ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Provide support in the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems assisting with tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of three years of experience in a similar role.
Commercial experience.
Catering Gas qualification would be ideal but not essential.
LPG qualification would be desirable but not essential.
Excellent technical skills attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
