What youll do as a General Manager...
Take full P&L accountability for your business and ensure that the performance targets are achieved
Lead by example in everything you do and bring Crafted Pubs to life by delivering amazing experiences for our guests
Maximise all sales opportunities for your business generating ideas that will drive sales
Engage inspire coach empower and connect with all team members setting standards expectations and making sure team members can be their best everyday
What youll bring...
You understand the operations of a large food focused pub or restaurant having had previous experience in a similar style role.
Youre great with people and as a result have great communication and leadership skills.
Youll embrace individuality and care for others your pub and the environment
