Job Description
As a Kitchen Team leader you will
- Prepare cook and present food that meets specs and customer expectations
- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors
- Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence
- Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy high volume service making sure everything runs like clockwork

- Ability to work under pressure in a busy high volume kitchen and pull together as a team when needed
- A passion for delivering tasty and wellpresented meals to customers each and every time
- Be a role model to the team by maintaining high standards and making sure every customer receives the perfect plate.
