Job Description
- Assist in daytoday running of program activities campaigns and finances
- Support the technical team in seeking program fundraising and collaboration opportunities
- Conduct research and gather data to support ongoing initiatives
- Ensure timely reporting of program activities with relevant stakeholders and partners
- Contribute to communication efforts such as social media newsletters briefs and attend stakeholder engagement meetings as required
- Support schedule of stakeholder and team meetings: maintain minutes and ensure follow up on action items arising from minutes
- Maintain and organize uptodate hard and electronic files for easy access and retrieval
Qualifications :
- A student currently enrolled in the social sciences field development studies social work or equivalent
- Strong communication organizational and teamwork skills
- A passion for social impact and nonprofit work
- Highly innovative proactive with problemsolving skill and attitude
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages
