Job Description
As a team member in the product management team you will:
- Support the installation of new products and solutions during the market introduction phase with customer project managers and monitor the installation.
- Contribute to the transition of product prototypes into production to ensure quality and reliability and provide feedback to R&D.
- Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with development teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
- Go onsite in accordance with customer project managers and/or customer support team for analysis and troubleshooting.
- Conduct 3rdlevel error analysis of the overall system related to development.
- Identify risks and initiate corresponding countermeasures.
- Prepare reports on onsite installations investigation results and identified problems while monitoring customer solutions.
- Conduct onsite visits for established products in alignment with customer project managers for quality assurance.
Qualifications :
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience as an Application Engineer or in a similar role (Technical customer management experience Technical Support Sales Engineering or Product Manager in the field of IoT devices electronic consumer products or SaaS products etc.
Skills:
- Network infrastructure troubleshooting.
- IoT knowhow: radio protocols like WiFi/Bluetooth LE/Zigbee/LoRa.
- Software: Basic coding skills scripting log analysis (such as Azure Kusto Query Sumologic Splunk) Linux.
- Data processing skills analytical abilities and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Nice to have: Experience with the usage of radio sniffers.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate technical findings effectively are crucial for success in this role.
Education:
- University of Applied Sciences or Higher Technical College (with experience) in software engineering or equivalent experience.

A minimum basic salary of EUR 3.455 gross per month for fulltime employment applies to the advertised position with a willingness to pay depending on the actual qualifications.
