Job Description
Were currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Product Lead (m/f/d) to join our team in the Commerce Business Unit. In this role youll work on exciting projects including scaling our cloudbased infrastructure to support our growing online shop customer base.
As a Product Lead Commerce DevOps youll be part of a key team that helps our development teams manage their infrastructure efficiently. Youll lead the implementation of new services prioritize upcoming requests and manage the Commerce DevOps team.
What you will do
- Prioritize and manage incoming requests while balancing longterm planning and shortterm .
- Drive an automationfirst approach standardizing processes and optimizing workflows across teams.
- Manage cost optimization track cost changes and ensure the efficient use of infrastructure tools such as AWS etc.
- Drive agile workflows including standups and sprint planning to keep teams aligned and progress on track.
- Organize and refine the project backlog ensuring strategic alignment and prioritization of key tasks.
- Leverage a technical understanding of systems and tools (e.g. AWS SQL) to support decisionmaking and monitoring.
- Create an engaging work atmosphere that motivates teams and drives continuous improvement.
Who you are:
- At least 5 years of experience in technical project management or related roles with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Solid technical understanding demonstrated through previous experience with technologies such as APIs SQL IT tools and cloud platforms like AWS
- Leadership skills with experience managing crossfunctional teams and fostering collaboration in an agile environment.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Google Cloud or Azure including managing infrastructure deployments and cost optimization.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) for automation and system integration tasks.
- Experience in ecommerce
