You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Creating and maintaining overall project schedules across all project phases
- Verifying and integrating thirdparty schedules into the overall project timeline
- Monitoring progress analyzing critical path activities and identifying potential bottlenecks
- Assessing the scheduling impact of changes analyzing and visualizing scenarios and proposing alternative schedules when needed
- Producing forecasts for the project team evaluating key performance metrics and continuously reviewing contractor progress to ensure milestone achievement
- Providing scheduling input for management reports and supporting overall report preparation
- Identifying scheduling conflicts that could delay projects and recommending remedial actions when necessary.
Qualifications :
- Higher education
- At least 1 year of experience working on projects as a planner project manager project engineer or in a similar role. Experience in the construction energy or utilities sector is a significant advantage
- Familiarity with constructionrelated processes and project management methodologies
- Experience using project planning and scheduling tools. Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions when necessary
- Capability to handle fastpaced complex projects in a multiproject and multicountry environment
- Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners.
