You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Operations Senior Manager of Food Nurses Office and Transportation ensures highquality service and smooth operational functioning across important customer facing campus services. This includes food services student health transportation logistics and supporting division operations managers in aligning best practices for Primary and Secondary Divisions. The role also oversees event operations related to student showcases exhibitions ensuring a seamless campus experience for students teachers and families.

Qualifications :
Fluent in Portuguese and English: Has the ability to communicate effectively in both languages across diverse stakeholder groups including families staff and external partners.
Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in school operations including food services health protocols and transportation logistics. Familiarity with managing schoolrelated health services is a plus.
Customer Experience: Strong focus on improving the overall campus experience for students staff and families. Skilled in addressing concerns and proactively seeking feedback to enhance services across food health and transportation areas.
Strategic mindset: Ability to develop and communicate a vision for outstanding service continuously measuring and improving performance to ensure satisfaction.
Compliance: Meticulous attention to detail in ensuring adherence to internal policies local regulations and industry standards including health and safety protocols and other regulatory frameworks.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively align diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly during the development and implementation of projects.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize and manage complex operational tasks developing and implementing efficient logical systems that enhance service delivery and ensure smooth campus operations.
Planning: Strong project management and contingency planning skills;
Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders ensuring that needs are met and projects are executed smoothly. Proficient in navigating challenges to achieve the best outcomes.
Team Management: Proven ability to lead mentor and retain topperforming teams fostering a collaborative environment that supports professional development and operational excellence.
