Head Chef Halfway Hotel
- $79400 base Salary Plus Super Plus Bonus

The Halfway Hotel is situated on Port Road on the main strip of Beverley north of the Adelaide CBD.
it is a local treasure and iconic building that has played host to families friends locals and visitors over many years. Our Graziers Steakhouse has a menu influenced by local suppliers and the very best of Adelaides produce

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Head Chef at the Halfway Hotel.
What youll do:
- Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
- Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
- Design and produce top quality food
- Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Be creative develop and grow the business through your own initiatives
Qualifications :
What youll need:
- Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
- Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
- Trade cooking qualifications
- The desire to be part of a fun productive and professional team
