A day in your life as a BWS Store Manager
- Youll empower inspire and develop your team to achieve goals and perform at their best utilising business programs and your own initiative
- Youll promote a customercentric safetyfirst culture with a continuous improvement mindset and
- Youll complete and delegate daily tasks across inventory management housekeeping and team leadership with a specific focus on driving sales and achieving budgets
- Youll leverage your people skills to foster the bestever customer and team experience because boring doesnt work here
- Youll identify and deliver on growth opportunities business objectives and key performance indicators
- Youll be responsible for upholding service of alcohol guidelines
- Youll inspire customers and your local community by tailoring your stores presentation and activities
