Job Description
As a Home Health Nurse you will work outside the walls of a hospital setting and provide quality care and support to patients and their family member this is a perfect opportunity for you to be in charge of your own schedule. Our nurses have the time and a balanced schedule to build strong oneonone relationships with their patients and provide them with the care that they need.
Qualifications :
Current Florida Licensed: RN or LPN
Associates or Bachelors degree with One 1 to two 2 years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. Two 2 years of home health care experience preferred.
Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or vocational nursing program.
One 1 year of nursing experience. Community/home health or medical/surgical experience is preferred.
Current IV Certification (Specific to LPNS)
Possess and maintain valid BLS certification.
Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization skills.
Licensed driver with an automobile in good working order and insured per the organizations requirements.
