We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Appointment Scheduler to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing appointment bookings coordinating schedules and ensuring a seamless experience for clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule reschedule and confirm appointments via phone email or online platforms.
- Maintain and update appointment calendars for multiple team members.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services and availability.
- Send reminders and followups to clients regarding their scheduled appointments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to avoid scheduling conflicts.
- Maintain accurate records of appointments cancellations and noshows.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and documentation as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree preferred).
- Previous experience in scheduling customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A customerfriendly attitude with problemsolving abilities.
