Truck Centers Inc. is growing and were on the lookout for talented Service Technicians and Certified Diesel Mechanics at all experience levels to join our dynamic team. In this role youll be an essential part of our Service department working in stateoftheart shops equipped with topoftheline specialty tools all while helping our customers get back on the road quickly and safely.

What Youll Do:

• Provide highquality repairs that adhere to OEM warranty and dealership standards.
• Use your skills to read repair orders listen to vehicle operations and conduct thorough diagnostics to pinpoint issues.
• Tackle a variety of repairs on truck systems including engines transmissions suspensions brakes HVAC electronics and more.
• Keep meticulous records of your diagnostics repair steps and completed work using Service Notes ensuring seamless communication with customers and efficient warranty processing.
• Work closely with the Parts department to get the right parts and keep the Shop Foreman and Service Administration team in the loop with status updates and requests.
• Perform rigorous quality checks on all work completed to ensure top performance.
• Road test vehicles to confirm that all repairs have resolved the customers concerns and that theyre ready for the road.

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers License with ability to meet insurance requirements is required
• Class B CDL with air brake endorsement preferred; Class A CDL highly preferred
• Certificate from a diesel tech training school or a minimum of 4 years mechanical medium or heavyduty truck service experience in a shop setting or military installation
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and commitment to providing quality work
• Welding and fabrication skills are a plus
• Candidates must have their own tools; TCI provides specialty and OEMrequired tooling for onsite communal use
• Must participate in a preemployment background check physical and drug screen.
