In this exciting role as a Manager in the Global Restaurant Operations team you will be responsible for leading key Global operations development workstreams including developing new staffing and positioning guidelines which account for how our operating platform and customer and courier order fulfilment channels are set to evolve. Additional responsibilities include market testing and evaluation up to scaled deployment. You will partner cross functionally with McDonalds MCX functions market and segment teams and market leadership thought your projects aligned to the Restaurant Platform Strategy.
This position reports to the Director MCX Global Restaurant Operations and will be Chicago (MHQ) based.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Lead and support projects focused on elevating the customer and restaurant experience with primary responsibilities including definition of new operations standards and procedures through concept ideation development and test phases
- Innovate and problem solve to deliver best in class restaurant and customer facing solutions
- Lead market zero testing efforts and test evolution of global initiatives and solutions work collaboratively across functions to drive projects forward ensuring goals are met
- Partner with Mission teams and initiative leads to develop clear operating standards procedures tools and resources
- Manage/support Speedee Labs and inrestaurant testing ensuring tests are designed for insights and ability to inform strategic decisions (menu operations digital technology and restaurant design)
- Provide proactive updates on initiative progress keeping projects on track and budget.
- Build trust and transparency to maximize shared learnings

The expected salary range for this role is $98140$125130 per year

Qualifications :
- Minimum 23 years business experience with progressive responsibilities owning initiatives and driving strategy at the Manager band
- Knowledge and experience testing and deploying restaurant and customer facing solutions within market
- Held previous roles in market field operations
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally based on project needs
- Thinks at a Global enterprise level and has ability to understand and represent multilayered global and market audiences
- Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in defining/bringing structure to solve business problems
- Must have strong influencing skills and be able to work across lines of senior management other business functions agency/vendor partners market partners and other staff as appropriate to build an engaging stakeholder network
- Has high level of organizational skills to manage project timelines lead a businesscritical project teams and deliver on own project deliverables
