Job Description
As a Digital Planning Transformation (Senior) Manager you support your clients in leading digital planning transformations transitioning their finance function towards the role of strategic advisor by:
- formulating future (digital) strategies for planning budgeting and forecasting processes;
- inspiring clients with latest trends and best practices to shape the ambition in digital planning through technology and data analytics;
- reinvent and transform business planning elements to enable the business to drive strategy ;
- analyzing and improving current planning processes through application of the latest technologies;
- project management of the delivery of planning budgeting and forecasting solutions for our strategic clients with Anaplan Oracle OneStream and SAP as our key partner;
- growing longterm relationships with strategic partners.
Your project activities mainly consist of: independently managing of (sub) projects; actively contributing to the preparations and working on propositions and the Deloittemethodology in order to make an impact. Acquisition of projects and the development of new and existing clients/network; managing projects and managing other (junior/senior) consultants and sharing knowledge; responsible for the of projects and delivering the best and most suitable end product where continuous coordination with the customer is key.
Qualifications :
You know and understand the business model and culture of our clients you have a large network and relevant financial and/or technical knowledge including current innovations. You are entrepreneurial commercial and strong contentwise. But most of all you want to achieve the best results for clients. In doing so you set the bar high for yourself and your colleagues and you have the skills to achieve this result in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders (in the Netherlands and abroad). To achieve this you raise the bar for yourself your colleagues and your clients.
In applying for a (Senior) Manager role within Deloitte we look for the following:
- a completed university degree preferably in business administration business economics or finance;
- preferably also a postgraduate course;
- a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in the Finance & Technology domain;
- you have thorough knowledge of financial processes and systems;
- you have evident experience in both sales and delivery of consultancy assignments;
- you are capable of managing multidisciplinary teams and you have excellent people management capabilities;
- you have good communication and social skills;
- you are able to communicate clearly in all layers of the organization about complex issues;
- excellent professional proficiency in Dutch and English language spoken and written.
