Job Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Director to join our Forest VA team. We offer diverse specialized services including Back Pain Concussion Vestibular/Vertigo Dry Needling Foot and Ankle Geriatrics Head Neck and Facial Pain Health and fitness Industrial Rehabilitation Local School Sports and Manual Therapy. Rehab Associates of Central Virginias strong patient population further defines its reputation for delivering effective personalized healthcare solutions. 

As the Director you will ensure that patients experience a friendly caring and safe environment that fosters their ability to achieve their functional goals and ensures that Rehab Associates will be their physical therapy choice for life.

  • Manage and oversee the daytoday operations of the clinic.
  • Foster community relationships and connections to help grow the clinics patient base.
  • Lead mentor and support clinical and administrative staff.
  • Work closely with our leadership team on clinic goals performance and growth strategies. 
  • Track measure evaluate and report on progress towards achieving targets while adjusting strategy as needed.
  • Be responsible for directly and indirectly interacting with site team and leadership.
  • Ensure that all improvements and changes with patients are aligned with their overall rehabilitation expectations and goals.
  • Assist in the onboarding and orientation of all new clinical staff to ensure that quality
    standards are maintained.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate from CAPTEaccredited Physical Therapy program. 
  • Current state of Virginia license or ability to obtain Virginia license and CPR certification.
  • Able to create and implement outpatient balance and vestibular rehabilitationsetting treatment plans.
  • Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment. 
  • Possesses basic PC skills and knowledge including but not limited to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Database software and MS Office.
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain a positive patientfocused clinic environment.
