Carolina Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is looking for a compassionate and motivated individual to join our team as a fulltime Clinic Director / Physical Therapist in our outpatient orthopedic clinic in North Charleston.

This position will initially be an associatelevel Clinic Director under supervision of one of our Lead Clinic Directors with likely progression to a full Clinic Director role as experience and leadership skills develop. Salary: $85000 $95000

Qualifications :
- Graduate from a CAPTEaccredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state South Carolina license
- CPR certification
- 1 years experience
- Exercise sports rehab and manualbased skills
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Responsible individual with a solid work ethic

Additional Information :
What Youll Do:
- Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results
- Review the physicians referral (prescription) and the patients condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required
- Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines
- Document findings progress and instructions to patients and caregivers
- Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians
- Complete a written plan of care develop goals based on evaluation findings and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals
- Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments
- Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues including physicians and insurance companies
- Ensure timely documentation including daily notes weekly workers compensation reports progress reports initial evaluations discharge summaries and incident reports
- Additional duties as Asst. Clinic Director
