Job Description
Base Pay: $16 per hour additional $2.50 Per hour Shift Differential for Night Shift
223 Work Schedule
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Extrusion Operators visually inspects extruded product for consistent appearance and length according to defined standards.
- Associate ensures product consistency and standards including but not limited to proper counts packing patterns and labels
- Associate maintains paperwork as required
- Performs online quality inspections
- Operates packaging equipment

Qualifications :
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Related machine operation experience
- Be able to stand and work on your feet for 12hour shifts and bend and lift
- Basic Math skills
- Ability to read English and quality test product
- Must be able to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment to meet goals and quality standards
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to understand and follow safety polices.
- Must be able to pass a preemployment drug screen and criminal background check
- No experience required. Manufacturing and Extrusion experience highly preferred
