Responsibilities:
Develop and manage client relationships to ensure longterm success and client retention
Identify business opportunities and drive sales growth through strategic account planning
Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns proactively to maintain strong partnerships
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and meet client expectations
Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to communicate value propositions
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
Negotiate contracts and service level agreements with clients
Develop and implement accountspecific strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for assigned accounts
Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and resolutions
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns for key accounts
Maintain accurate and uptodate client records in the companys CRM system
Qualifications :
Requirements:
Required:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
Minimum of 35 years of proven experience in account management sales or customer service
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts efficiently
Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred:
MBA or relevant advanced degree
Experience in the specific industry or market sector relevant to the company
Knowledge of contract negotiation and business law
Fluency in Spanish or other relevant languages for the Miami market
Certifications in account management or sales (e.g. Certified Sales Professional)
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
