AIML Engineer

We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team and drive the development of innovative AI solutions. This role focuses on integrating AI components with scalable systems leveraging knowledge graphs multiagent architectures and realtime memory solutions using MongoDB and Redis. The ideal candidate will work on building intelligent lowlatency and contextaware systems while ensuring scalability and usability.
You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to design implement and optimize robust AI pipelines for production.

Key Responsibilities:
1. AI/ML System Design and Development

• Develop and enhance multiagent architectures for collaboration context sharing and validation loops.
• Build and optimize embedding pipelines for vector search with efficient storage and retrieval systems.
• Design and implement a Redisbased scratchpad for contextaware lowlatency realtime memory.

2. Knowledge Representation and Reasoning

• Develop and integrate knowledge graphs including schema design ingestion pipelines advanced querying and scalability optimization.
• Implement algorithms for advanced reasoning and validation across AI components.

3. Database and Storage Management

• Design and manage MongoDB schemas for longterm memory and agent outputs.
• Optimize MongoDB and Redis queries for performance and scalability.

4. Performance and Usability Optimization

• Implement multithreading and concurrency mechanisms to minimize latency and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with the team to design and refine APIs and user interfaces to improve overall system usability.

5. Testing and Quality Assurance

• Create and maintain test suites for regression performance and scalability testing.
• Conduct thorough endtoend testing to ensure stability and readiness for deployment.

6. Research and Innovation

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and integrate innovative techniques into ongoing projects.
• Experiment with approaches to enhance explainability reliability and accuracy of AI outputs.

Qualifications :

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like Flask or FastAPI for API development.
• Handson experience with MongoDB (schema design indexing and querying) and Redis for realtime and longterm storage solutions.
• Deep understanding of knowledge graphs including schema design ingestion pipelines and advanced querying.
• Experience with multithreading and concurrency for lowlatency system design.
• Strong knowledge of embedding models and vector databases (e.g. FAISS Pinecone).
• Familiarity with integration of LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT Claude) into production systems.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a crossfunctional team and adapt to changing requirements.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 46 years of relevant experience
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI or a related field.
• Proven experience in building scalable AI systems using MongoDB and Redis.
• Handson experience with multiagent systems and contextsharing techniques.
