Your missions
As Senior Associate Dispute Resolution you will :
- Manage prelitigation matters and civil and commercial litigation cases including employment law civil liability insolvency law shareholder disputes and enforcement proceedings.
- Work in a structured and supportive environment that fosters professional growth playing an active role in mentoring junior team members supervising trainees and developing talent within the team.
- Collaborate with experienced lawyers you will contribute to innovative legal strategies and drive excellence in client service.
- Prepare client memoranda and draft contracts and formal notice letters.
- Conduct researches across various practice areas including commercial law civil law labour law and criminal law.
- Share updates on legal developments regulations case law and legal doctrine.
Your ideal profile
- A minimum of 5 years experience in litigationin civil and commercial litigation in Luxembourg.
- Registration with the Luxembourg Bar ideally Liste I.
- Fluency in French and English with proficiency in German and/or Luxembourgish considered a plus.
- Someone who is knowledgeable with a solid command of civil commercial and corporate law in Luxembourg.
