Job Description
- Capture the business needs and requirements of the business owners and endclients and create a Functional Requirement Document (FRD) based on the requirements captured.
- Involve throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) SCRUM including sprint planning meetings review meetings and backlog refinement meetings.
- Stay as a point of contact for all businessrelated concerns by providing timelines and making sure that timely delivery of the product is maintained.
- Conduct GAP analysis to understand the ASIS and TOBE requirement documents
- Work closely with the project coordinators to learn project timelines and report the daybyday activities to keep them well informed of the project status.
Qualifications :
- Masters or Bachelors in computer science/engineering Information technology/systems Administration or Management or related.
- Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathering analysing documenting and translating into technical specifications.
- Handson experience with relational databases and SQL and the ability to learn and understand complex systems.
- Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate business/technical requirements and project schedules with a customer and other project team members.
- Resultsoriented with strong people and time management skills highly organized motivated and driven to succeed.
