Essential responsibilities

• Execute the companys origination strategy focusing on energy renewable energy natural gas and other commodities and certificates with strong understanding of market embedded optionality
• Conduct indepth market analysis to identify trends opportunities and potential risks informing the origination strategy
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key market participants including suppliers distributors and other stakeholders
• Develop and propose innovative energy solutions and products to attract and retain clients
• Lead negotiations for origination contracts ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies
• Oversee credit risk and continuous position management of the origination portfolio
• Manage the entire deal approval process with internal stakeholders taking full fronttoend ownership of the implementation of new deals products and contract management
• Work closely with the sales operations and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of origination activities with overall business operations
• Provide regular reports on origination activities and market conditions

Qualifications :

• At least 5 years of experience in the energy sector with a strong background in origination
• Deep understanding of the Polish energy market including regulatory economic and competitive landscapes
• BSc/MSc degree in Business/Finance/Economics
• Fluency in Polish and English
• Strong analytical negotiation and strategic planning skills. Proficiency in market analysis tools and techniques
• Proactive resultsdriven and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment
