Job Description
Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends opportunities and operational bottlenecks.
Develop revenue forecasts set & track OKRs & KPIs and evaluate longterm trends.
Monitor business performance ensuring alignment with targets and track incidents impacting performance.
Analyze marketing investments conversion funnels and CRM campaigns.
Support and execute strategic projects (e.g. expansion) with datadriven insights and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Create presentations reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and recommend process improvements.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience in business/performance/investments/product or data analytics focusing on business performance and strategy.
Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Strong knowledge and experience using Tableau or similar analytics tools (e.g. Power BI Google Data Studio).
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally with finance marketing and operations teams.
Familiarity with data visualization best practices and presenting insights to stakeholders.
English proficiency is a plus as well as the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.
