Job Description
We are looking for a Database Administrator with over 5 years of experience in missioncritical environments capable of managing and supporting services across various database technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in our team contributing to international projects sharing knowledge and helping shape future technology choices.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for the database layer 360 across multiple services and technologies.
- Participate in international projects and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Implement and manage database solutions in critical production environments.
- Be available for oncall support periods (approximately one week per month).
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team.
Qualifications :
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience with PostgreSQL/EDB and MS SQL Server.
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
- Upper intermediate (B2 level of written and spoken English.
- Practical experience with scripting languages such as:
- PSQL
- TSQL
- SQL
- Shell scripting
Nice to have:
- Experience with AWS technologies such as RDS and Redshift.
- Proficiency in additional scripting languages like PL/SQL Perl Powershell or Python.
- Familiarity with Oracle MySQL or MySQL Cluster.
