Job Description
Key Objective of Role
- Managing and coordinating the field sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Conducting client visits occasionally in the assigned territory to ensure coverage of the client base while primarily working from the office.
- Applying datadriven decisionmaking through assessment analysis and action to achieve continuous improvement.
- Ensuring endtoend sales processes are in place and providing solutions whenever needed by the team.
- Supervising team performance daily by generating reports to identify gaps and quickly formulating and completing action items for improvement.
- Collaborating closely with other departments to support sales activities.
Qualifications :
Desired Profile
- Minimum of 7 years experience in managing Sales Teams with a proven track record of growing highperforming teams in related or unrelated fields.
- Degree in business economics science or equivalent experience with a CPGA >3.5.
- Analytical and possess problemsolving ability with critical thinking. Ability to identify gaps perform root cause analysis (RCA) and provide recommendations.
- Strong in people management low ego with excellent interpersonal skills. A good listener and strong communicator in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Keen interest to be handson in performing effective solution selling and managing/retaining clients in challenging situations.
- Goaloriented with a strong focus on the means and outstanding integrity.
