Job Description
What Youll Do:
- 1st and 2nd Level Support: Respond to service requests from end users addressing complex and challenging issues related to hardware software and network connectivity
- Network Solution: Collaborate with IT teams to design configure maintain and troubleshoot network devices such as routers switches and firewalls
- Asset Management: Drive IT asset lifecycle management playing an integral role in identifying & proposing solutions and managing upgrades
- User lifecycle: Collaborate with HR & Team Managers to assess and define end user needs managing all aspects of IT related to both on & offboarding
- Project Management: Own the delivery of infrastructure projects collaborating with stakeholders and team members to ensure outcomes are achieved
Qualifications :
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems Networking or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A ITIL Microsoft Certified Professional) are advantageous.
- Proven experience in IT support particularly in 1st and 2nd level troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting (TCP/IP DNS DHCP VPN etc..
- Experience with IT tools and software such as Microsoft Office 365 Active Directory and remote desktop support applications.
