Job Description

RESPECs Data and Technology Solutions (DTS) Business Unit seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM).  In this role the TAM is the primary point of contact for all recruiting needs: direct placement (internal hires) staff augmentation subcontractor task orders contract sourcing bid and proposal resource responses.  This encompasses recruiting for federal state/local government and commercial sectors.  TAM drives strategic hiring initiatives to ensure the successful acquisition for critical technical roles.  Leveraging their networks TAM uses advanced sourcing methods and industry knowledge to build a robust candidate pipeline that optimizes DTSs recruitment strategy to assist in achieving revenue targets.

TAM is responsible for the full recruiting life cycle: job postings candidate evaluation hiring manager collaboration interview coordination developing recruitment strategy pipeline management metrics reporting and offer negotiations. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identifies sourcing capture requirements including coordinating and interviewing hiring manager or proposal team to identify resource needs
    • Establishes rate range or contract labor category
  • Prepares position description and job postings for ATS
  • Develops and maintains recruiting dashboard for reporting to leadership
  • Sources through various channels personal/niche networks recruiting subscriptions social media
  • Reviews resumes and conducts an initial screening call
  • Schedules interviews by coordinating with hiring manager or team
  • Responds to applicant inquiries
  • Secures hiring authorization negotiates job offers prepares offer letters
  • Closes job requisition including assignment of disposition codes for affirmative action annual reporting
  • Coordinates hand off with Talent Management (TM) team
  • Stays updated on hiring trends and best practices

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or other relevant field
  • 10 years directly applicable experience
  • Experienced with HRIS and ATS applications
  • Experience developing pay bands / ranges
  • Strong understanding of HR concepts and practices and regulations
  • Experience with local state federal internal laws and learning internal policies
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PP TEAMS
  • Working knowledge of technical roles skills and technology

Preferred

  • Industry recognized HR certification
