RESPECs Data and Technology Solutions (DTS) Business Unit seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM). In this role the TAM is the primary point of contact for all recruiting needs: direct placement (internal hires) staff augmentation subcontractor task orders contract sourcing bid and proposal resource responses. This encompasses recruiting for federal state/local government and commercial sectors. TAM drives strategic hiring initiatives to ensure the successful acquisition for critical technical roles. Leveraging their networks TAM uses advanced sourcing methods and industry knowledge to build a robust candidate pipeline that optimizes DTSs recruitment strategy to assist in achieving revenue targets.
TAM is responsible for the full recruiting life cycle: job postings candidate evaluation hiring manager collaboration interview coordination developing recruitment strategy pipeline management metrics reporting and offer negotiations.
