As the Venture Capital Investment / US Financing Director at Fapon youll play a pivotal role in driving the acquisition of venture capital funding for our groundbreaking earlystage startups/incubation projects. Your strategic acumen and proven track record in securing funding will be instrumental in fueling our innovative ventures and shaping the future of healthcare.
 
    Identify and cultivate relationships with venture capital firms investors and strategic partners.
    Develop and execute a comprehensive funding strategy aligned with Fapons innovation objectives.
    Lead negotiations and secure funding to support earlystage projects including CRC Mote SMS and other innovative initiatives.
    Collaborate crossfunctionally with R&D finance and executive leadership to align funding needs with project objectives.
    Conduct thorough market research and due diligence to assess investment opportunities and risks.
    Prepare and present compelling investment proposals and business cases to potential investors.
    Monitor and manage ongoing relationships with investors ensuring alignment with project milestones and financial goals.
 

Qualifications :

Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field
    Proven success in securing venture capital funding for earlystage projects within the biotech or Life Sciences industry.
    Strong network within the venture capital and investment community.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
    MBA or advanced healthcarerelated degree preferred
    Strategic thinker with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
    Ability to navigate complex financial and technical concepts and convey them effectively to investors.
    Experience in due diligence financial modeling and risk assessment in investment contexts.
    Previous work experience in investment banking financial advisory and similar capacities in private equity financing is strongly preferred
    Proficiency in Mandarin a plus
