One of our clients is looking for a fully remote Customer Success Manager for the US Market a fastgrowing financial planning platform for finance teams. In this role youll build strong relationships with CFOs and finance teams drive product adoption and ensure longterm customer success. Tasks
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs and finance teams
- Drive measurable customer success through strategic engagement
- Lead executivelevel strategy calls to enhance product adoption
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Analyze customer needs and data to align solutions with business goals
- Support growth by identifying expansion opportunities and driving retention
Requirements
- Native level of English
- Strong track record of building and maintaining longterm customer relationships
- Ability to track analyze and improve key metrics such as NPS CSAT and customer health scores
- Experience with platforms like Salesforce and other customer success software
- Ability to find winwin solutions and manage complex customer needs
- Prior experience in a SaaS environment working with finance or techdriven clients is a plus
