As our Intern you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of talent acquisition while utilizing your language skills to support our Dutchspeaking clientele. You will work closely with our experienced team of Recruiters gaining handson experience in the endtoend recruitment process.

Tasks
- Writing and placing engaging job advertisements on various job portals and social media
- Taking over the active sourcing and headhunting of candidates
- Managing and conducting different types of interviews in Dutch & English
- Creating and maintaining a longlasting relationship with candidates
- Being able to manage the entire recruitment process and onboarding
- Working with your colleagues on a variety of tasks and projects
Requirements
- Bachelors degree; university agreement for a 6 months internship
- Peopleoriented able to engage with candidates and clients
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic work environment.
- A keen interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
- Salesoriented attitude able to work with targets
