As the Conversion Rate Optimization Manager you will play a pivotal role in achieving our annual sales targets by developing and executing a roadmap to refine and enhance the performance of Cricut.coms user journeys and conversion funnels. You will apply your expertise in data analysis user behavior and conversion optimization techniques to build a bestinclass web optimization program that will optimize Cricut.coms performance and effectiveness. You will be held accountable to increasing the conversion rate on Cricut. You will be a member of the Direct to Consumer (DTC) team and partner closely with the DTC Engineering SEO Design Product Marketing Channel and Paid Media teams.
