The primary focus of a Production Operator is to fabricate assemblies while following all WireCo policies procedures and work instructions. The position also includes reading blue prints using tape measures and other measuring devices to calculate the cut length of rope lengths to meet the customer requirement. There may be other duties that are workrelated tasks as assigned by management.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Time Entry
- Accuracy of product per customer specification
- Operating presses stamping machines and other machines
- Following specifications and standards in an AS9100 work environment

Required Qualifications
- Production Operators must possess the ability to learn all processes and show competency
- A high school diploma or GED is required
Materials and Equipment Directly Used
- Standard office equipment including but not limited to: computer mouse keyboard telephone fax calculator multifunction copier
- Personal protective equipment including safety glasses hearing protection gloves and steeltoed safety shoes
- All production equipment including but not limited to cut track swager press coiler tow motor hoist and fork truck
- All measuring devices which would include but not limited to: ring gages hardness tester tape measure micrometers dial calipers proof loaders etc.
Additional Information :
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- An applicant must complete a satisfactory background check postoffer of employment. A criminal conviction will not be an automatic bar to employment.
