Title HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
Location Marysville OH 43040
Shift MondayFriday 11 pm to 7:30 Am MS
Duration 3 Months on W2
Summary:
As the HVAC and Refrigeration Technician youll join a collaborative team ensuring that our clients can deliver their services uninterrupted. Based in Marysville OH. youll you will prioritize repairs and complete required PMs on facility equipment.
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Performs preventative maintenance tasking on all HVACR equipment.
o Starts systems observes operation read gauges and instruments and adjusts mechanisms
o Screws bolts rivets welds and brazes parts to assemble structural and functional components such as motors controls switches gauges wiring harnesses valves pumps compressors condensers cores and pipes.
o Discuss system malfunctions with users to isolate problems. Installs wiring to connect components to electric power source.
o Lubricates fans motors and control units. Replaces defective/worn parts.
o Cuts threads gas welds connects pipe to functional HVACR component systems.
Troubleshoots repairs and maintains equipment.
Must be able to complete PM and work order activity in CMMS. Following guidance from the clients CMMS and the clients Leadership.
When requested by the client supervisor prepare reports whether on equipment failures accidents technical reports and near misses.

Qualifications:
Post Job as HVAC and Refrigeration Technician.
Heres what youll need:
Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC and Refrigeration maintenance and repair in a facility/plant environment.
Drivers license
Universal EPA/Refrigerant License.
Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical procedures or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Experience with the following types of equipment: HVACR Air Compressors Pump and Plumbing Maintenance Basic Electrical and Mechanical Skills are required.
